Uses a Water Crystal to create a large amount of vapor in a short amount of time. Uses the Wind Crystal to prevent the flow of wind so that the vapor does not dissipate. Uses the Dirt Crystal and Flower Pollen as the condensation nucleus for forming a cloud. Creates a cloud using an intricate combination of those processes.

Novice rank will produce clouds that do not rain.
The rain area will increase at rank F, 9, 5, and 1.
Lightning will strike at rank 1.
Using Rain Casting in Sidhe Sneachta or Physis will cause snow to fall rather than rain.
However the damage is low (1~10).
Rain Casting will not cause a Glowing Twin Sword Statue to appear.
Increases success rate of Fishing and Production skills.
This effect stacks with normal rain at higher ranks.
Boosts the success rate of Synthesis, Fragmentation, Metal Conversion, and making alchemy crystals.
This does not appear to stack with rain and gives a fixed bonus regardless of rank.
Cloudy days will count for neither clear day nor rainy day training.
Shadow Realm rain will not count toward rainy day training.
Other players will receive bonuses regardless of whether they are in the same party.
Skill proficiency for training requirements may be received by being under another player's cloud.
Forms of gathering underneath a cloud include shearing, harvesting, woodcutting, herb picking, well gathering, milking, egg gathering, etc.
Hitting props or picking up cobwebs will not count toward this requirement.
Oneself, other players, and pets will each count toward the 5 or more people under a cloud training requirement.
NPCs will not count toward this requirement.
The quality of finishing product through Tailoring or Blacksmithing is unaffected by a cloud's bonus.
For the "Successfully produce something under a cloud" for ranks 5 and above, the requirement may only be met when applying the finishing step to an item that is being tailored or smithed.
Logging out or changing channels will not reset the cool down timer.
